A most inclusive and interesting morning was spent at the Mayor’s office with the Novgorod Medical Alliance, the Moscow orthopedic conference participants, the oblast health committee, the newest scholarship winner and the artists from the Sarasota program in attendance and representing many of the phases of the Alliance’s work.

Lloyd Kramer speaks to the Mayor of Novgorod Veliky, Nikolai Ivanovich Grazhdankin, who expressed his appreciation for the Alliance’s years of work in the city.
